Last Friday was a great day at the zoo!  Yes, it was freezing.  Yes, we were practically the only people there.   But we had the whole place to ourselves and the sun was shining!  We had great access to the exhibits, no waiting, no lines.  It was a terrific way to wind up our studies of tundra animals, the Arctic and Antarctica.

Fun Friday at Seabury!  Speed kindergarten in the morning with lots of activity and reading with the Beacons in the afternoon.  A perfect day!

The children and the teachers are all happy to be back at Seabury.  I think every one of the children grew over the break!  We are back in our routine, working hard on our math and reading.  We are enjoying the new music teacher and Mr. Mario is always fun for PE.  Some of the children even had the opportunity to read with Mrs.  Wollum this week.  We ended the week with our holiday party.  Thanks to our parent volunteers for putting that together for us.
